FAQ

THE ANSWERS TO ALL YOUR QUESTIONS

HOW SHOULD THE BADGE BE POSITIONED WHEN PASSING THE TOLL POINT ?
The tag must be fixed to the windscreen. Handling the tag when passing through a toll point, can prevent the tag from being recognised. Generally, the tag holder and badge must be fixed in the top left behind the rear view mirror. If this area has black dots, the pass must be fixed on them. Remember not to alter the label and code behind the badge: they are required to record your passage should you need to show your badge to a toll attendant.

MY TAG IS OUT OF ORDER. HOW DO I REPLACE IT ?
If your tag malfunctions, please have it tested in one of our sales agencies. If we find that it is defective we will replace it free of charge. You can also log in to your subscriber page or go to one of our sales agencies located throughout the VINCI Autoroutes network.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TAG IS LOST OR STOLEN ?
If you lose your tag or if it is stolen, please cancel it directly from your subscriber page, in the "FORMULE & BADGE" section, or go to one of sales agencies located throughout the VINCI Autoroutes network.

WHICH TOLL LANE SHOULD I USE ?
At the toll point, use an electronic toll payment lane indicated by logo-telepeage-VINCI-Autoroutes or logo-telepeage-VINCI-Autoroutes. Your tag will beep, the traffic light will turn to green and the barrier will rises automatically.

WHAT'S THE NON-STOP TOLLING ? telepeage-30kmh
